The SBP-C Eurodeck low profile modular concrete weighbridge offers optimum versatility for a wide range of industries including ports and terminals, quarrying, recycling and waste management, building products, chemical and food processing. Utilising the three different sized pre-cast modular sections, seven bridge configurations can be made up with lengths varying from 9 to 23 metres. This flexibility ensures there is a weighbridge size for even the trickiest of spaces. Compatible with both analogue and the company’s CPD digital load cells, bridge capacities of 40 to 80 tonnes are available with accuracies to 6000 d. The SBP-C can be surface or pit mounted and the overall fitted height is only 400 mm, including the load cells. The lightweight, yet extremely robust, nature of the modules makes transportation and installation very straightforward without the need for specialist on-site craneage. Weighbridges can also be easily moved to other locations as required. An optional precast concrete pit is available on request. |

| SBP/MC Composite Concrete Weighbridges | |||
The SBP-MC is a cost effective self-pour steel-concrete composite weighbridge which is available in 50 tonne capacity and lengths up to 18 metre. It is particularly suited for quarrying and agricultural applications and installation can be carried out quickly and expediently without the need for heavy craneage. The design uses close coupled longitudinal beams and outer frame to provide exceptional strength and durability, especially in harsh operating conditions. The modular steel frame, together with the integral floor pan and reinforcing mesh, is fitted in place on dummy load supports and then the concrete infill is poured directly on site. Once the deck has hardened the load cells can be fitted. The SPB-MC is compatible with standard analogue load cells or Bilanciai CPD digital units. If digital load cells are chosen, operators can make full use of Weightron Bilanciai’s optional Telemaintenance™ remote support package.
