The D430 Takeaway Scale is specifically designed for the high speed manual assembly of a wide range of snacks, breads and sandwiches in today’s food industry. The advanced operator terminal offers a comprehensive range of operating modes and the integrated stainless steel bench scale ensures optimum precision.
The robust workstation, which has lockable castors, is constructed entirely from stainless steel and features a fully weld-sealed IP68 stainless steel load cell. The five point overload stop arrangement and peripheral guard rail ensure the unit can withstand the most arduous of operating conditions.
The D430 terminal, housed in an IP68 stainless steel enclosure, provides a versatile and user friendly operator interface for accurate and fast weighing. The 135x 32 mm backlit graphic display and alphanumeric polyester keypad provide ease of operator use and designated ‘Hot keys’ facilitate the personalization of frequently used functions for direct access from the keypad. The multi-section, coloured LED strip on the front gives clear visual indication of when the correct preset weight of product has been accepted, changing from red through amber to green in the acceptance zone.
Auto Tare Averaging "ATA" software comes as standard and this automatically compensates for operator variances ensuring maximum throughput with the highest accuracy.
