Weightron Bilanciai acquired Westco Ltd (formerly Western Counties Scale Co Ltd) in 2004.
Based in Somerset, Westco have been supplying and servicing a wide range of weighbridges, industrial weighing equipment and process weighing systems to customers throughout Avon, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, south Wales and the south-west of England for over forty years.
The acquisition brought together Westco’s extensive local knowledge and service coverage in the south west with Weightron’s UK and international engineering expertise.
Today, Westco is a fully integrated part of Weightron and our south west office in Wellington is close to the M5 near Taunton, and serves the food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, utilities, aerospace, automotive, agricultural, offshore and engineering industries.
