Ive worked with Weightron/WestCo over several years now and the service has been getting noticeably worse. This year I had to spend a great deal of time 'managing' the company so that we received the service that we expected. It was a very frustrating experience.1) The staff that came to site to undertake the work were helpful and pleasant but not very familiar with the new software that produced the certificates and the company had significantly underestimated the time the job needed. A second visit had to be arranged.2) One of either the large unit or additional staff had been sent to the wrong address. The previous year the large unit was sent to the wrong site of our organization despite the correct address being supplied along with detailed instructions on how to get here and the driver arrived eventually very unhappy and grumpy.3) Certificates, when received after quite some delay, had numerous errors. Some had the wrong balance ID on them, other had no ID at all! It took numerous efforts from me and repeated emails to get them corrected and resent. Hardly UKAS compliant auditability!4) The contracts team and the service team do not appear to speak to one another as the list sent to me for the contract renewal was completely out of date despite them having just done the visit, and having a complete and accurate list again due to my efforts.

PT.WW Pallet Truck Scales
The Weightron PT pallet weighing truck is manufactured from powder painted steel, with cast steel wheels coated in polyurethane. Powered by a rechargeable internal battery, it has
a 2000kg x 0.5kg capacity.
