Weightron have been at the forefront of digital weighing technology development over the past decade. Digital weighing systems offer the user a number of important operational and reliability benefits in a diverse range of industrial weighing applications, including weighbridges, silo weighing and industrial scales.

However, we recognise that there is a huge installed base of analogue weighing equipment and, as a result, have introduced our innovative EMULA-S and EMULA-A Intelligent junction boxes. These cost-effective, digital devices have been specifically developed to convert existing weighing systems with analogue load cells into robust digital systems.

To complete the family, we have also introduced the EMULA-D junction box for digital load cell systems, allowing the digital signal to be transmitted from the scale to the weight terminal via a WiFi or radio link.

EMULA-D

• Converts digital load cell signal into weight value
• Connection between the weighing scale and weight indicator is wireless (WiFi or radio)
• Sampling and diagnostic operations performed using the weight indicator or directly on the device itself
